In September 20, 1987, ABC aired an alternate version for it’s Sunday Night Movie program. A deleted scene that was originally in the theatrical version but removed from every video release was added back to make up for cut content. The airing used less some alternate takes due to nudity and sexual content. and also trims some shots due to swearing. None of the deleted or alternate footage appear on the DVD and Blu-ray. The video quality is also much lower compared to the Blu-ray release.
