Around April of 2004, a workprint that was created in November of 2003 was being bootlegged and sold. The cast and crew believed that this leak had caused the box office to tank, as many people had seen the workprint when it hit theaters. This workprint has many alternate and additional shots in place, and changes parts of the story line. The workprint has some unfinished effects and would have a timecode and watermarks on some scenes when effects were needed. The workprint also has a temporary track and alternate music. The workprint’s quality is also low, most likely due to the source that it was leaked from. There is a watermark of the from the piracy company as well.
