In 2008, McFly89 had created a composite version that ran over 40 minutes longer than the theatrical cut, which he called the Ulysses Cut. To create a version that had both the deleted scenes as well as the swearing and the uncut shots of violence, he took the broadcasts of Sci-Fi, Telemundo, USA, WGN and Encore and composited them all together. In 2019, Arrow Films had officially released a remastered HD version of the Ulysses Cut as an extra for their limited edition Blu-ray set. However, a few shots were missing from the Blu-ray release when compared to the original Ulysses Cut. The original Ulysses Cut was also in fullscreen format while the Blu-ray is in widescreen.
